Hi oiLvAcciNe - Tick and treat are two buffs designed to be used in a pair, by two people. The trick is usable on someone else's island, and the treat on your own. When a friend applies a trick to one of your buildings, production stops for two hours. If you then apply a treat within this time, the building is quadruple buffed for 2 hours (from when you apply the treat).

they are usable i got a stack of 700 t&t's which i use every now and then for a little production boost....
wish i had made more they maybe only 2hrs long but x4 buff is good imo....
