    about that..
    i am in estonian national guild and was talking to a guildmate. apparently since the introduction of the new bank some months ago we are unable to buy gems. the payment engine insists we should pay in eKr not EUR. eKr was replaced by EUR year before settlers online even went online..
    While i congratulate "The Settlers Online" team's dedication to protect their costumers from using money on the game in its current state people still want to spend their money on it and they should be able to do so.
    So my guildmate contacted support to get this fixed. 2 months and 15+ letters and nothing has changed.

    30 minutes ago we had a major outage on all servers including forums. Do we get a changelog for this maintenance too?
    Remember, remember the 25/11? You should have seen what happened on 17/03, 14/04 and 21/04 ...
    29/09 seems to be a major problem...

    UPDATE: One of the Change Log lines has been modified: Colony defence buildings from the shop cannot be traded anymore. These special buildings were not supposed to be tradeable.

    No, as this was not a maintenance. Just a disconnection that has been reported already.

    It's hard to get any feedback when developers are unable to reproduce most of the issues we have. Else I agree that the updates, even changelogs are missing significant portion of information and in most cases are too laconic. Then it's up to us to discover what actually changed, give feedback, get it ignored until next maintenance and so forth.

    Just a disconnect on all servers and forums? What is the cleaning lady doing in the data centre? Oh, I forgot - you use AWS, so it's Amazon to blame.

    In some cases Explorers came back from an Adventure search (medium) without loot
    I knew it!
    I was missing at least 30 Treasure Search rewards since last week, didn't count until I had only 5 Explorers return from 21 Searches.
    Will we be compensated - or is compensation only an option when Bluebyte makes a mistake that hurts them?
