Getting tools

I only have 5 tools left and i don't no how i get more it has been on 5 now for 2 day's so im guessing i have to do something can anyone help many thanks..

make tools in the toolmaker building (from lvl 11), make tools in the provision house, resources tab, toolbelt option - uses stone and pinewood planks, or buy them in trade (from lvl 12)
