population problems

is this going to be sorted in the next maintenance? i know its been explained and explained but alot of people, myself included just dont understand how to sort it.

I think the "fix" that was applied on last maintenance was meant for all those that did PvP. But it's not my case so now I expect another fix, the proposed solution is just not working for me.

yup same here, ive tried many different ways of getting it back to normal, the only other way is to totally kill off all my troops. and i am not doing that with no cannons xbows and dam swords lying about these days.
