There is something wrong with the achievements:
In the general achievements: specialist --> the funky bunch you need 6 generals in the star menu.
in the general achievements: Military --> generals --> strategist you also need 6 generals in your star menu. This one is compleet in the achievements.
And i have 6 generals in my star menu:
