Personally I think these updated times, albeit telling us about delays are much, much, preferable to silence and being kept in the dark like a mushroom

UPDATE: Strike by settlers over working hours has swept the lands. The national Settlers coal board in negotiation with miners over conditions (re balancing ) are not happy with having to produce more to meet demands.
I was reported the the mood of the settlers turned nasty after a delay in securing benefits and several mines ( L5) have been torn down.
A lucky explorer on his return was asked if he would continue work and replied "hhmmm"

any idea exactly what this update is meant to be doing? If it's to improve the generally awful gameplay since the intro of PvP, please take all the time you need.
