Medipack as new blueprint in rare provision house

I like the new blueprints for the new buffs. I was wondering if it is possible to make a new blueprint for medipacks (next event?), so we can produce them by ourselves. It's been a long time since we got them, and I would like to get them again. Maybe the amount of medipacks per adventure could be limited, just as in the new expeditions (4 per expedition)

I like the idea, but from everything seen BB wants to slow the game down even more and this is quite the opposte of that.
