i just que'ed a stack employee of the month badges...it says 12.5hrs roughly to make a stack i am puzzled,has the time to make badges been lengthened i am sure it did'nt take this long before?...

Same here, but I didn't pay attention how ong was it before now.
I always check the total time and now I have 25 badges and 3x 25 irma feasts and its 18 hours and I think it is not any different than it was any other time I've placed them.

This shows a production time of 30 minutes per badge which is in line with your figures. The entry has not been updated for the additional event recipes so it is probable that this was always the production time.
Unfortunately, as VVidi points out, they have always taken so long to produce. I think the production times of the new Irma feasts just highlight how long badges take to produce.
