I have now received the loot. 5 days after the initial server error and with exceptionally little help from the technicians that operate under the umbrella title of 'In-game support'.
I don't have a problem with glitches, bugs and other apparent anomalies that happen within such a vast landscape as the internet now is. What I do have a problem with is people that assume that other people have a birds eye view of their little corner of it.
"It is literally not possible for Support to end the adventures affected by this issue. The only option is for the player to cancel the adventure." If this advice was given openly on Tuesday when I was initially replied to by them, then I wouldn't be writing this now..![]()
