shame that isnt true there was a time support was great now its terrible... i had a issue with missing settlers you asked for screen shots etc they was supplied support did nothing ..sadly thats BB new stance on most problems ignore it enough and we get fed up complaining

I have reported that some of you are not getting the voting pop-up.
I know you've heard this before, but the solution is to contact support and they should be able to help.

That may be true of your other issues, but on this problem I contacted support and received a reply a few hours later telling me how I could access the survey and was able to register my vote.

I wish this mysterious voting widget would appear for me sometime as I'd love to vote - lacklustre choices or not.

And to put it frankly, from an IT security point of view, it is not recommendable to allow either widgets or pop-up windows in your browser. Why don't BB just simply publish the link to the voting page, directly on the login frontpage? How hard can it be, BB?

Given the fact that I still haven't got the pop up after playing every day ...
and still other players as well don't have it yet ...
I suggest to cancel the voting, fix the bug and restart from scratch ...

I do not see any pop up windows. Accordingly, I can't vote. It seems that using pop-ups for voting is not a good idea especially for Tor users.
