Ok, imo, no offence or argument meant here, but you honestly sound like a new player wanting the easy way to play the game... Well, here's news for you, there is no easy way to play the game unless you spend real money.

There are two types of players in game, the gem buyers and the free players. The gem buyers won't want the buildings your suggesting not when they can buy more effective buildings. That leaves the free players, any of whom will be using help tab and guild chat if they have any sense. The experienced players will be advising them on the most cost effective buildings. Unless BB put your buildings at a stupidly low gem price they will not be considered a cost effective building, history tells us BB will price them at as high a price as what they think they can get away with.
When it comes to Gene pools and shallow ends they can be found at the bar drinking pina colada's
am the free type because in my country we don't have the same payment system as you or i would've buy things ^^ and no need for suggesting things . for BB they are the only ones who can decide things they are just open minded and they are hearing us i made this suggestion and hope it goes on but if not have nothing to lose better i hope they or any one of us find the best of ideas "for me good game even without any new features !"
