might have been planned to be at same time as maintenance to minimize downtime, but sometimes servers are available earlier that said so saves complaints if some can logon and get kicked off for a short while.
best bet dont try till 9am gmt. and if problems check forums.

going on todays evidence i think the 1st guy "when is best time to add lag to game" 2nd guy replies " just before we start easter event goes live"....lol
no more like the bugs that were always going to happen with easter event was in no way related to the other work they are doing at the same time.
no one said it would be easy but no one said it would be this bad
Did they upgrade or downgrade something......the game is unplayable atm
