I've had a 'server connection failed' message repeatedly since Friday evening forcing me out of the game. Today I've been unable to play at all.
I've had a 'server connection failed' message repeatedly since Friday evening forcing me out of the game. Today I've been unable to play at all.
Ubisoft suggested I 'flush the DNS'. The sequence of commands they gave me did not solve my problem. This did (advice elsewhere on Internet):
Go to cmd prompt as Administrator.
Type ipconfig/flushdns and press Enter.
Type ipconfi /registerdns and press Enter
Type ipconfig/release and press Enter.
Type ipconfig/renew and press Enter.
Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
Reboot the computer.
