Ive been sat here now clicking the PLAY NOW button for 8 hours,

a problem this bad means they prob deleted player information and progress "database" , if true they will never tell the real reason of the fault and just give the usual our technicians are fixing it and trying to resolve which tells everyone nothing.... in an attempt to try to look professional.
sad really people say we are being well informed yet no one knows the real reason
