PVP Colony out of protection too soon

After maintenance the colony is out of protection too soon. 1 colony I took was conquered within 9 hours. 1 was attacked within 4. Protection should last 12 hours as by the guide give by BB.

I had the same issue. Conquered my first small barren colony last night at 10:30pm. Woke up 7 hours later to find it had been conquered 1.5 hours ago. So I only owned the colony for 5.5 hours. Presumably not even long enough to reap a reward.

I have same issue. Small colony has conquered 6 hour after I had claimed it.

My second small barren colony captured last night. Now this. Under attack 8 hours later, and not producing resources apparently.

Yeah , this one is really annoying . I took my first colony since the event & was attacked well withing the 12 hour protection .

My record is losing a colony within an hour of claiming it - & surprisingly the attacker appeared to lose well more than the maximum number of troops allowed

Support still can't confirm as a bug despite what I assume is a mountain of complaints

I took a colony less than half an hour ago.... it is under attack already! This Removed!

This is still a problem - been attacked twice today. Only conquered colony at 10.30 this morning - 7 hrs ago!!
