Why the speedy (gem) return option for marshalls and not for generals as well?

Nice changes. The 'find two deposits but only one showing up thing' has bugged me for a while. Being able to enter troop amounts instead of dealing with the slide bar will be very handy. Like topgearfan I don't understand the reference about the "next book" but overall the changes look very good. Thanks.

Were all the changes supposed to happen on Tuesday? I can't check all of them but I know being able to enter the number of troops for a general is not working.

The "Move Building" tool tip cool down timer has been adjusted- why oh why that again?

What are the chances that the troops tooltip will be in a place where it gets covered by messages so as to make it unusable until all of the messages disappear, like on the home island?
