There is already a "Token female." Apparently the women on the Dev Team fought hard for her, which is really rather sad. Also worth noting, no-one really wants to be stuffed in the category of a "token" anything.

It's been more than a year since this was said at gamescom 2014:

And "gradual", a questionable notion to begin with, has long gone by. The idea has been planted now, and for a long time so it's no longer a case of the entirely embarrassing 'We're men, we just forgot about 'em.' but a specific choice with every new character introduction. For 2015, in a game like TSO and one played by all ages and all genders etc, it's a poor choice with a simple fix. Time to get on fixing it.

Suggestion for the game:
New general, brave as Jeanne D´Arc (graphic women soldier)
Commands 220 units
Skills: surprise attack, when attacking she throws arrows as first strike (like you would use roa, but with her, buff is not needed and it will take effect when attacking, not before attack)

travels and fights twice as fast than normal one

Woman explo: fast as lucky, special skill Medic.. might bring medipack from time to time

Hear hear!!! Tired of all these fat men running around on my island!! Women with powers are needed!
