new feature...

for the past 3 weeks everytime i switch zones i get stuck on "map loading" screen is this a new game improving feature bb has introduced??
also almost every inv i get to adv just does not appear...
i am spending more and more time refreshing game then i am playing it
maybe this is bb way of slowing down how many adv;s can be done as thier attempt to do it by rebalancing clearly did'nt work....
BB are just a great advertisement for germany....

I've had a few delays, but only had to refresh a couple times - usually I'm not seeing any problems. It might be regional - I don't know if it's been solved but there was apparently a problem with selected ISP's and not being able to get logged in.
