you have to put the tokens in you m house - look in your star menu.

I don't want to open another conversation about conversion - so here is my problem: I got baloons, 20 of them - and there's no option to convert. What to do with them?

From Dev diary - The Balloons' only purpose was to be donated for a challenge. They have no in-game resource value and will just be deleted.
