Would that mean that the order of explorers and generals would change every time? Same as with "organised" resources or buffs of same type? Then it would be even worse than current system.

probably, stacks of buffs drive me insane keep jumping about lol, I got lots of half used stacks!!! I think what we want is the ability to move stuff round ourselves and it stays where we put it and no it isn't hard to implement at all, easier than bb doing it for us in fact
