    tier 2 on 10 points

    From dev diary
    Strength Point / Colony Tier Ranges
    1-10 Strength Points = Colony Tier 1
    11-20 Strength Points = Colony Tier 2
    21-30 Strength Points = Colony Tier 3
    The current Tier is displayed in graphical form in the PvP Overview (see above)


    0-9 is Tier 1

    probably on 20 points start tier 3

    i have 11 / 35 points but am still on tier 1 any hints plz

    Could simply be down to syncing between your game and the server. Usual lag?

    Otherwise the colonies you might have already conquered, will NOT upgrade even if you move up a tier.
