Cant join my island and others cant too

I did check this but the problem others cant join too so its not my browser problem or caches its something wrong on my island ...

Well what i can say about support they are awesome
Did send ticked with problem after 30 min they answer and fixed my island.

Error repeated this morning i join my island and again got lock down. Already send ticket please check it.
