I currently have three small rich colonies delivering granite, iron ore and marble. The latter two deliver their resources but I am receiving no granite. The colony shows as active and granite appears in the next yield but never in the resources to be gathered.
I've had this myself, screenshots to prove it, logged it with support and got nowhere, no offer of a refund and they closed the ticket.
Refresh always solves that problem for me, clearing cache even.
There was little opportunity to refresh for me, it was conquered about 6 minutes after I first checked and noticed the issue.

You don't get resources from the colony while it is under attack, which is more likely with a granite colony than any other. If the attack fails, you will get the resources.

There's three yields missing, 396 granite. As you know, a colony can't be under attack for 18 hours.. besides, why was I then granted 14 granite after it was conquered then?
One attack can't stop a colony producing for 18 hours, I can't selectively collect three yields of granite without taking the other items so therefore it cannot be working as intended.

Maybe it was attacked 3 times (or more)? Do we know if attacked colonies don't produce resources only for the duration of the attack or the entire 6 hours?
I don't see any logical explanation as to why it would not have yielded anything in 18 hours, therefore it must be a bug.
