    the tents your generals are in? those are garrisons, and they have a little shield now above them

    The blue arrow? Not much of a shield. And has no information, even if you hover.

    Look again. It will tell you if your general is attacking, retreating, healing. Changelog for 21/07/2015 has details

    Changes seem to be good, though Id prefer the gens tags to be always on top so I can track them through the trees etc

    Indeed, but then that would be a performance issue.


    Just some small changes would be great..

    That shield should have a colour depending of the general's status..

    Yellow when the general is attacking
    Red when being intercepted
    Green when transfering/returning back to garrison.

    But when it comes to compare animations, it's a huge difference between opaque (like the building animations) and transparent (like the smoke) - the latter do impact more to the performance.

    In what browser and on what platform?

    As I've recently (again) had to test several browsers, because of all flash freezes, I did try to reproduce your issue. I found nothing but the old same (since "The remaining buff time will be shown when hovering (mouse) over a buffed building" change) client/server slow synchronizing; and now when we have several settings to change, I can tell none of them makes any diffirence to this when playing on an ordinary computer - those settings are most welcome when using a pad/phone.

    It's nice that I can now disable buff animations but I can't actually do that because then I can't see which buildings are buffed. Wouldn't it be possible to just display a static image over the buffed buildings?

    ETA: I noticed this after the previous maintenance but hoped it'd be fixed with this one - alas, it wasn't: I tried renaming a few of my (normal) generals and I succeeded to delete their names but when I write in something new and press the green ticker, nothing happens. It only works if there is no text written. Both on home island and adventure islands.

    did you disable the "name gen" tag in error when you turned stuff on and off in settings?
