The last week or so, after accepting an invitation, it is not appearing in my quest book as fast as it was before. It used to take 1-3 minutes. Now I sometimes have to refresh for the quest to appear.

I've noticed there is quite a long delay now - several minutes - but it always shows up.
Sorry, but I've slept since then...
Using a deposit in between has often triggered the map into action for me
