Is it always possible to gift the items that are sold for map fragments, guild coins, magic beans, and star coins?
I remember I could not gift the map-fragment adventures and star-coin buffs. But, I kinda don't trust my memory.

Yes it is but the receiver might not be able to accept the gift if their level is too low
have to be unlimited..

Star coin buffs can be giften but if the receiver is not lvl 50 he can't use/accept them

Allow me to explain.
1 To do as you wish would completly break the quest system, particually the tutorial part.
2 It would would violate the intension behind the cool down period for some items.
3 It would lead to exploitation.
4 It would encourage more players to attempt to break game rules.
