When i am clicking the play now button to play The Settlers Online i am being sent to a page that says "An error occurred and the game is not available for the moment." Why is this? How do i resolve the issue? Is it something wrong with the game or is it my software? Thank you.
Nevermind, just seen a thread a little further down the page explaining that this is because of a routine system matinence.

I do think it would be nice if they had a specific screen stating that maintenance was running because it is a little confusing and it would help to know it's a controlled situation not some kind of error.
Sorry, but I've slept since then...
...or even a little message at the end saying that it could be due to maintenance, maybe even with a link to the maintenance schedule forum thread.
This has been reported. Problem is that Steam users do not see the correct maintenance message.
