Yes BB has a hard job to do and for the most part they do it well especially since they created this major update and they did not give up on a game like many other companies do. BUT it is unacceptable to have a server crash minutes after the biggest update in the TSO history and no feedback given at all on how long is going to take to fix it or what the problem is. This shows no respect towards the players. I bet you if there was some short of explanation other than "we are looking into it" in a forum post ppl would not rage without thinking...

I understand your rage, and I dont understand why the put it out today.
This thing has been happening on test server for many players on a daily- weekly monthly basis since they launched it on 1st of September. If you look at forum there you see that it was still an issue yesterday, so if you judge from the comment on test server forum, this thing is not ready to launch.
As we get 0 feedback on test, we dont know how many was affected. If it was 99% of 50%,- but judging from the number of reports, it was quite a lot.
From what I have seen on test - for me this was a disaster just waiting to happen.
