OMG so many of you have same problem. I am out too. Made me angry. Started premium and now losing real money. There is so many of us they should do reset now to get us back in to the game. One thing which i was waiting for and can't enjoy it. Well done BB another fine mess.

This is not test server,- so resetting is not an issue here.
Except the people with 1d prem who go to work, don't play during night, etc. might have no chance to use the added time if it gets added on top of everything
Took 6 months for me to get back in, and then I had to have a resetNah usually they fix it internally, but you do have to sent support a message. It has happened twice to me and they are pretty quick about it too. Only took 4-5 hours
