I cant see how they could honestly dictate a fix time? I do see many posts ASKING them for this info.

So now they are between a rock and a hard place.. I say cut them some slack. They are trying to inform us, but can never be accurate..

Are they running Windows XP as a server? If so, a restart might take a lot longer than an hour

Got to be more than just a restart really... a *nix box, even with file hash check and running unit tests, shouldn't take that long.
