As it happens, I do have some experience with, and knowledge of, game development. However, this is an obvious ad-hom - it has no bearing on the actual argument. No matter how big a task it is, surely you can't call it a "great job" when the game literally doesn't work.
I wouldn't want to know what you'd consider a bad job. Maybe if the game set my house on fire or something.

BB don't understand their own game

BB I've said this on forums quite a few times & honestly for a while, you seemed to take notice but please, rather than keeping everyone in the dark & ranting on here trying to find out what's gone wrong, just a little update on the homepage (rather than a one liner in the middle of this thread) would keep everyone a lot calmer :/ Fed up maybe, but a lot happier knowing you're investigating, know what the problem is, how long it's going to take etc. Is it really too much to ask for?
interesting part here is the 'no warning'. i mean up to the crash it was working perfectly. in the past when big updates have been released there has been lag growing gradually worse and then the servers give up. then bb spends about a week getting things back to normal.
Was fighting windmills from Aug 2012 to Oct 2019.
