As much as I welcome anything better than granite pit, would it not make more sense to add non tradable items instead? Give guild coins some actual purpose/value?
Everyone seems excited by friary yet its in Trade often enough to buy, gc/resource permitting..

    Yeeeeehaaaaa!!!! Friary it is then!!!!
I was totally dissapointed by the votes - get massive ammounts of granite from adventures which of course require many brew so friary was really expected)
Also people are not aware what it costs to keep the pit going- need to always feed it with omni seeds or any depo refills, and they will run out at some point, so gl with that)
Happy happy happy BB introduced FRIARIES into guild market, so TY thank you, thank you very much))
    whohoo

    This is hilarious

This is a bit puzzling for the Friary, which is already giftable for gems:

But there is a simple workaround so hey ho.

You will be able to acquire a total of 4 useful buildings instead of 2.
Sorry but I still see only 2 "useful buildings"

Mybe that has to do with the fact that the Granite Pit is completely useless?
