Daily and guild quests not completing: Trade and Buff a Friend

This has been posted in many different threads.... I understand it may take time to correct but I'm surprised with the lack of any official response to it

it goes on since last maintenance...would think its enough time to fix if anyone would pay attention....

So...all week and GQ is not completed, because smth is wrong with the game..and, nobody cares, except players.. Tomorrow we all will have a new GQ all week wasted. What about oncomming quests??
May be Administration should take OUT all quests with buffing, if they can NOT fix the problem..

2) trade x amount of resource, using direct trade and trade office, any trades set up by the quest owner do not register for this quest. work around this can be done by getting a friend or guildy to set up the trades for you and send them directly - so if you need to buy 10 fish, your friend sends you the 10 fish and vice versa.

Indeed. The key for this workaround is to accept a trade, (not to offer one).

After maintenance and guild quest reset we are stuck in the same situation as before: No way to finish.

I had a trade quest that I couldn't complete with either player initiating the trade.
It worked when using the Trade Office.
But it's annoying, since I can't do the reverse trade thingy so easily as anyone may pick up the "freebie".

The "buff 3 friends" quest, I simply cancelled it as it was impossible. I used over 30 buffs, maybe 5 different types on a total of 6 different players and no result.

After last maintenance cant complete any daily quest that needs me to trade items or buff other people.

I had 2 dailies today. One was have a friend buff your island, other was buy 50 Xbow.
When a friend visited to buff, both got solved- I did not buy anything at all from anyone,
The quests are having a life of their own.

Indeed... one of my DQs today required me to acquire 100 and sell 50 horses. I set a trade in the TO to sell some, thinking I would get that part done and turn my stables on later in the day. However, with no way to acquire horse active, the quest was fully completed after the horses were sold.

I just hope these issues are not going to prevent completion of Halloween quests, as it is not looking like a fix will be incoming before the event starts.
