The same happend to me. But it just took some time, maybe 30 minutes and then I had the gems.![]()
I wanted buy mobile packeges, but I haven't got any code to send.
Can't spend money, capitalism crashed.![]()

Problem solved, the code I had to sent was CODE. Lol!!!)))))))))))

I have had the same problem.
Same thing happened to me so I tried again because I thought I have entered wrong card info, but nope. Transaction was authorised so I have payed twice now, so now BB owes me 66k gems.............. :-( Have contacted support but apparently they are not there before monday 11am...... :-(
If you have had the "transaction declined" message, but money has still come out of your account, you could also try contacting the payment processing company. Bottom left of the payment popup screen that appears after you press BUY. (You won't complete any transaction to get there.)
