loading adventure's map crashed

I started outlaw adventure at afternoon
But now I could not load the adventure's map
The message says "An error was detected on this zone.Please try again" and I tried many times

This is called a zone lock and you will not be able to get back into the adventure. You need to contact support. The script run over night may unlock it (this is usually around 2am bst). You will also not be able to cancel the adv until the lock is resolved.
