General disappear

All my generals disapeared early this morning. Was sending first MMA to LS in BK he didnt appear so had to use my last ROA so i could make the kill. And dont have starcoins to rebuy it. Then after my friends tried to send their generals to mine (was before we know about this huge problem) same for them, They had to use instant kill.

When i finished my BK all my generals and troops POFF gone.

6 normal Generals
3 Battledhardned
1 250 Vet
2 MG
2 MMA

And tons of troops.

And im on prem and this is not fun at all. We pay for it and cant use it :/ Frustrated and irritated. Why havent BB learned to check things out before a big event or update. Almost every time when its time for it the game is wrong.

i have sent seven generals to stealing from the rich and none of my generals have arrived.
i sent
1x lord dracul
2x major generals
4x veterans

I thought it worth adding that 'really' early this morning I was successfully able to send 2xmma 1xqmg and 1xmg to tomb raider. It was only when I realised that I hadn't enough troops and tried to send bhg with recs to the same adventure (twice) that I realised there was an issue.

Once I realised there was an issue I tried to send 1xmma home so I could use him to kill island bandits but he vanished too.

My point is, it was working fine at around 5.45am uk time.

Ingame they tell us to send tickets to support, while support auto-reply indicates we shouldn't send more tickets.

Good to know left hand knows what right hand does

To scared to do any adventures with all the missing generals, was so looking forward to this advent, now just sitting here with nothing to do but wait for you to tell us its ok its being fixed????
