While I'm sure a lot of these suggestions have been made already, it doesn't hurt re-iterating.
Some would be big improvements, others would add consistency
Star menu
- A Textual Search/Filter box at the top of the star menu window.
- A Stack All button which stacks all similar items right on top of each other. Resources, adventures, deposits, buffs, everything that is stackable.
- A Split Option once you click on a stack. Shows a simple numeric up/down with a numerical edit box to split off anything stacked.
- Context driven secondary options. If it's an adventure, add Start Adventure, if it's resources/buffs/deposits add Pick up or Use.
Adventures
- Make the Return Home option on the context menu of active adventures only appear on the adventure currently loaded. (ie. remove it from the adventure B context menu if you are currently loaded in adventure A)
- Unload All button to unload all troops from all idle generals
- Add option to turn off the hover-over and go back to old-style click+ show window of troops (current popup is super annoying!)
- Option to cancel outstanding adventure invites (ie invites that have not been accepted yet)
- Show target of attacking friendly general (show swords on its target just like own generals)
- Show time to arrival of friendly generals heading to the adventure.
Generals
- Make the Master of Defense worth its salt, by forcing all hostile units to first bring down the MoD's HP to 1 before attacking other units. This includes hostile units with First Strike and Attack Weakest skills.
- Make the Master of Defense's HP pool variable depending on what unit is placed into it. 5000 for "normal" units and some 15.000 to 20.000 if an Elite unit is assigned to it. This would make it viable for new adventures too.
- Add a special ability to Lord Dracul. At this time it's just a first strike BHG at worst, or a much weaker MMA at best. Perhaps something that adds hostile killed units to your own army? Or a "life" leech where any damage Lord Dracul is added to its HP pool (ie. it has 999 hp at the start, it deals 333 damage in first round. Its new HP is now 1332)
- Allow generals/marshalls to land, be loaded/unloaded in and be sent to adventure from the star menu. (Only land on home island if placed there, and have a button for sending them back to star.)
Specialists
- Assign specialists tasks with a window similar to sending generals to an adventure. Clicking on any idle specialist opens a window for that type of specialist. Ie all explorers, or all geologists. And on the right side one could select the task to run. (Full credit for this awesome idea from user Pretenza @ This post)
Barracks/Provision House/Improved Provision House
- A Cancel All button which cancels all queued orders (and not already in production)
- A Move to Top button on each order to instantly send an order to the top (right behind active production) instead of just 1 up.
Mail/Loot accept windows
- Currently the layout of the loot offer, adventure loot, scout loot etc in the mail is HIGHLY inconcice. Change the layout to 1 uniform accept/decline layout. Keeping player mouse motion in mind the best would be a left and a right button. Not a top and bottom layout as the player moves the mouse from top (opening mail) to bottom (interacting with content). There are 3 designs for those windows at the moment. One with top+bottom (horrible), one with Accept/Decline and one with Add to Star/ Add to Storehouse.
Bookbinder
- Allow adding orders to a queue similar to barracks.
