imho return time of 2h (or 100 min) for the general would have the same effect as 3h
for the watermill you should take the smaller footprint into account when calculating efficiency.

200 grout 200 presents
in shop 300 gems= 100 presents. two big packed 600 gems = 1 grout packed (200grout)
on halloween event 360 gems= 300 pumpkins + one small packed 60 gems= 50 pumkins
420 gems = 400 grout
on christmas event grout cost 3x more

The exit door gets closer and closer, seriously you cut the event by a week and raise the grout from 60 to 200 presents. At least I know where the Grinch is working these days. Bearing in mind the Lucky explorers have been ''fixed'' since this event last took place, your having a laugh.
shear greed on BB part to change grout price for xmas event from 60 presents for 200 grout to 200 presents for 200 grout .. they know ppl need grout and they know ppl will struggle getting presents specially with a week less on event... so there taking advantage on the players knowing ppl will use gems
Well yay for grout being added at least.
Price however ... really blergh. Also still the ridiculous reskinned Noble instead of a Frozen mansion (really BB ... you already nerfed the epic pop building droprates into nothingness when with the new update we need higher pop even more then before and now you also take away the free frozen we got each year? REALLY?)
