Amount of collectibles

It's been broken for me for months now and not been working at any point (not after the changelog fix either), 9 item spawn with only one xmas.

Quick poll for everyone with still problems, do you own one or all of the gem islands? one of my guildies suggested that the only difference we have now is that I have the claimed the gem islands while he has not and the recent fix helped him. Both have all areas cleared.

on sandycove I own the gem islands 8-10 collectibles on northisle I don't 18-24 collectibles.

2 of 3 gem islands here. I don't have all sectors cleared but on Sandycove my numbers are still off, especially compared to last Christmas. In general though collectible spawn rates have also been down for me for months.

2 out of 3 gem islands and all islands cleared here and my spawns have gone up.

All archipelago cleared, All gem islands owned. Not had a spawn above 11 for months and still seems broken for Xmas event

Got all new island unlocked, got 9 colls this morning and 13 afternoon.

a guildie got 26 and 22, Removed come on bb get this problem fixed

Update: Spawns after maintenance dec. 8:

6, 8, 12, 13, 8, 8, 9, 10, 10, 12, 8, 11, 11, 9, 10, 5, 9

and after maintenance dec. 15:

13, 11

As players we were told a fix to collectible issues were implemented, this thread seems to contradict this, and in my case has definitely linked an xxl issue. With no response or even an acknowledgement in this thread how do we know a fix was implemented or that it has worked as intended ? How do we know that BB Devs are even aware of the continuation of the `perceived issue' if we are uninformed that the bug information has not been passed on? Surely one line of text in blue, even if copy paste, wouldn't stretch the job description

I had 13 collectibles in the first xmas spawn and unpacked they gave me a total of:

0 Christmas Bells, 9 Candy Canes, 2 Gingerbreads

Second spawn 11 collectibles unpacked:

3 Christmas Bells, 1 Candy Canes, 0 Gingerbreads

So far total of:

3 Christmas Bells, 10 Candy Canes, 2 Gingerbreads
