Forum Spotlight ?

does anyone know where exactly is "Forum Spotlight" ?
I want to post some picture and the only information I have found in this thread http://forum.thesettlersonline.net/t...orum-Spotlight

is that:

Post your contribution (e.g. a self made picture) in the forums.

But where exactly should I post my picture ? Under what sub-forum/thread ?

The post you quoted is from the USA version. There is information about our Spotlight here

Requirements? Post anything that required your creativity and is related to The Settlers Online on our forum (Creative Area can be used for posts, but any post on our forums can be selected)
