I read an article that Flash is being discountinued and that it is going to be replaced by Adobe Animate which is, btw, similair to HTML5, in the first quarter of 2016(maybe even in a January). What impact is there going to be on Settlers Online as it is a flash based game?
From what I have read, they are merely renaming a flash tool, not replacing it. Flash will still be here. At least for now.
Imagine the lag if they have to render the graphics on their servers..
