BBs are not creative and they like to copy-paste. Let me guess, the building that we see is represented for Christmas achievements. Otherwise, it would not be any to collect them.
hoping, like the easter basket, it will be a place of more population that will accumulate each year....
My guess is it's a new provision house full of treats and treasures to be made to keep our people motivated and working hard

Looks very similar to the reward for opening every calendar window during the upcoming Xmas event. Nice touch, Pity Halloween didn't give a special building to say we took part.
