yeah its the gingerbread house BUT

it only gives you population because the wicked old witch lives in it, she's already recovered after the Hansel and Gretel's saga.
So now her new victims to fatten up and capture are gingerbread men, lots and lots of them.
She needs them to do her bidding to be evil bandits in her witch of the swamp adventure, After all she's so sick of her tower being demolished and captured shes now trying the tactic of sweetening us up :P
shame on you evil witch we are onto your cunning plan.

It's the gingerbread house (pop building) we're able to get from the calender or from x-mad boxes (the gem boxes)

If I'm correct in this, sadly "only" 115 pop at lvl6
