completed the 1st xmas addy and hasn't completed in the quest book, tried refreshing and start/stop a well still nothing......

Unfortunately I am not a dev, so I can't fix it myself and that issue was reported. I am now working on reporting this one as that is the extent of my job description, based on the knowledge I have. Collectible issues have been moved to the appropriate thread here.

The event not starting issue is being looked into. Please try my instructions above and let me know if there was any improvement.

UPDATE - I thought this may have been server issue, but Virgin Media appear to have been at fault with a problem gaining full access to external sites. My problem here is now resolved
