Anyone else having problems buffing Platinum weaponsmith with damascene hammer?

If you want to use a special buff to buff the Platinum Weaponsmith, you can use the Weapon Boost buff (x4, lasts 2 days); I forgot where it's gotten from (can't see it in the merchant) but it's listed as tradeable, so try trade for it in TO.

Weapon boost is a reward for one of the quests: wedding/panda/coin.

Its from bonus exp reward quest "Coin" which give you tikki island to finish.
