[Feedback] Easter Event 2016 Sneak Peek

Congratulations!!!!! you have once again snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. The event was announced with much pomp and ceremony where you joyfully pointed everyone towards the sneak peek of the upcoming Easter extravaganza. Lots of players looked at it and decided to prepare for it by searching for the adventures that drop the most eggs. Now we suddenly find that without any explanation or notification you decide to change all the rules so that we are once again reduced to endless repeats of BK adventure in the vain hope that you have at least got the drop ratio right for once.

I despair at the thought of yet another BK spam event Pirates is all but useless now.

I will get mental health problems if I was to do more BKs now. So that's not gonna happen. I've been playing for well over 4 years now, and for the first time I feel like an event is going to run trough without me actually being able to get the offered items I want. Helping new players will be impossible.

This is so sad, I'd been looking forward to the Easter event but know it just seems a waste of time :-(

Halloween you could only find pumps from adventures
Xmas you could only find presents from explorers

Easter you have BOTH adventures and explorers, and the usual quests and collies PLUS the new guild quest rewards
Seems perfectly balanced, with lots of options to get eggs.

Right, a "bounty" of eggs from explorers and now same "bounty" from adventures. No specialist or buildings in the halloween or xmas event required 10k+ event rss for specialists and a few thousands more for buildings.

The new list is exactly what could be expected from BB. It is even somewhat understandable - they have probably got a monkey on their back screaming to sell more gems. This time they even have the perfect excuse in the form of all the players who voted for the reduction of adventure and explorer egg returns.

My problem with the list is the severe nerfing of the Island of the Pirates adventure or more precisely the reason behind it. It might seem an isolated case but sadly it is part of a long-existing dominant philosopy in the development team. They believe that using 100% normal game mechanics can be considered an exploit and a punishable offence. This kind of thinking is an insult and an abomination and it needs to stop. Immediately.
Doubly infuriating is the fashion in which they deliver the sentence. Nerfing one thing 5-7 times against 2-3 times of other things. This is not a slap in the face - its some straight up nuking from the orbit poo! There is no justification for it!

Has anyone figured out why the drops have halved or worse on some addy's? Did BB think it wasn't difficult enough to get stuff from the event.
If i had to do 200 addy's from the first iteration, now i would probably need to do 500! Plus, BK once again seems to be the flavour - sigh - do adventure choices really need to be that one dimensional?

guess someone over there really likes that addy.

Edit: Its not just IOTP, looks like all the singles (Outlaws, Traitors etc got Nuked too)

easter used to always be the best event because the more effort you put in the better you could do.
nerfing for example iotp when it was already a hard to get adv from max 150 eggs to 20 ..well words dont do justice to the thinking behind that..
normally i would just adapt, but seeing the cost of a mma is nigh on 5k eggs ,
i dont see how anyone can adapt i know there is other ways to get eggs but i bet the combined total of them ways dont come close to the mma alone let alone all the other items players will want there was no need to cut the costs ..
.as i wont be spending money nor gems on this event if you really wanted players to part with their cash you should of bought a box back like the architect ones

If the numbers are to be believed, constant searching with 10 little dudes running around constatly at best would produce approximately 2500 eggs over 21 days but that aint never gonna happen with an RNG. so the rest need to come from addy's pfft, good luck with that now they have been nuked. 5k might be a pipe dream for most ppl now.
