possible stack issue?

i just went to place a item in to ie a frozen manor now i have 7 in my star menu but now there stacked i only want to sell one but when i go to i get this



now the stupid question is this if my trade doesnt sell or i cancel will it override the stack of 6 left in my starmenu and i end up with just 1 manor

To me that text says that the 1 building will become a loose stack again in star menu after you fail to sell it. It's a bit awkwardly put maybe, but what can you do with such a little box.

if you ask a building in return it is even weirder, the number is stuck at 0 and you cant change it..
