While there may be a Dev Diary along is an Official Post with other info, for now, with so many people asking and wondering, it seems reasonable to gather the requirements for the new higher level GQs in one spot. So, here's a spot.

The Sneak Peek lists the level breaks as:

All existing guild main quests got two additional sub quests, one for level range 51 - 65 and one for 66 - 75

Personal Subquest: Sharpshooters
Requirement(s): Acquire at least 50 grout. ~ Own 10 Crossbowmen.
Player level(s): 54/55
