Improved Recycler Needed

I've been trying to think of an Improved building I'd least like and that will probably be the next one, so wouldn't be surprised if Improved stable isn't next.

I don't see the need for improved recycler. There are already plenty of ways to get coal. You just need to balance your economy around what you can produce, and not what you can't produce.
