35mins so far of trying to login with constant 'The server is going to shut down for maintenance purposes' messages at load screen.
Come on, time to focus on fixing some things rather than fiddling round the edges. Can be as much super-duper new stuff as you like but if we cannon login it is all a waste.

logout for 30min and try again. during this time the servers will inactivate your island and hopefully clear the error.
bug still active, server shutdown message every time i try and leave my island for adventure or to visit friends.

Write for this before 1 month , and again 10 and more times trying to go online

I had same message during my island hopping - trying to place party crasher buffs. I wondered if it was because of all this extra traffic - we must all be doing more 'hopping' in the easter event.
I found last night doing 5 'Where do easter egg's come from?' adventures, the constant hopping from adventure to home island provision house, led to longer and more clumsy delays - though I was never thrown out of the game like this morning.
Overall I am finding it takes a lot longer to log-in and load the game than before the easter event.
Am back in the game now - only took one attempt.
And.... it happened again when I was hopping to a friend's island.

I had it today - tried a few times. Went to another machine, got in fine. Went back to the first machine after 1/2 hour or so, got in fine.
Weird.
Sorry, but I've slept since then...
happening yet again this is getting tiresome added to the delay in switching maps starting to feel like a facebook game
tried chrome, firefox, opera and edge same error on all but if my wife logs in on my laptop she gets in straight away so isnt my connection nor my laptop seems to be account specific
